Villa Amor Azul is perched above the shoreline and the amazing (and quiet) black sand Playa Pez Vela. There's a small resort here and a wonderful restaurant - Soluna Beach Bistro. The drive takes a couple of minutes, the walk is 15.

Our direct sunset is blocked by a hill but the colors over the water we get are often spectacular. This is the sunset view from the pool & terrace.
Howler monkeys visit Villa Amor Azul frequently. If you miss seeing them, you'll definitely hear them! But it's a nice way to wake up.
